1. INTERNAL RULES Any person admitted to the campsite must comply with the internal rules, failing which immediate exclusion without refund may be enforced.Each customer is responsible for any disturbance or nuisance caused by persons staying with them or visiting them.The internal rules are displayed at the campsite entrance and are available upon request at reception. 2. LIABILITY – PERSONAL BELONGINGS Guests are responsible for the supervision of their personal belongings. They are advised to take out appropriate personal insurance.The campsite cannot be held liable for any incident falling under the guest’s civil liability. 3. MINORS Minors are only permitted to stay on the campsite if accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult who assumes full responsibility.Exceptionally, and only with the prior agreement of the campsite, an unaccompanied minor may be admitted, subject to the presentation upon arrival of a signed written parental authorization accompanied by a copy of the legal guardian’s identity document. 4. PETS Only one dog is permitted per pitch or rental accommodation (excluding the summer period and the Prestige range).A valid vaccination record is mandatory. Dogs must be kept on a leash and remain under their owner’s supervision.Dogs classified as dangerous (Categories I and II) are strictly prohibited.Any breach of these rules may result in exclusion from the campsite without refund. 5. BOOKING All bookings are personal, nominative and may not be transferred or sublet to a third party.A booking becomes definitive only upon receipt of a deposit corresponding to 25% of the total stay, plus €15 non-refundable and non-deductible administration fees, and after written confirmation by the campsite.The amounts paid constitute a deposit (advance payment) binding both parties definitively. 6. GROUP BOOKINGS – MULTIPLE RESERVATIONS In order to preserve the family-oriented and peaceful nature of the campsite, any booking intended to form a group gathering, including through separate reservations, must receive prior written authorization from the campsite management.Failing this, the campsite reserves the right to adjust the allocation of pitches or accommodations, refuse or cancel the bookings concerned, or terminate the stay of the guests involved, without any right to compensation or refund. 7. RENTAL ACCOMMODATIONS Bookings are made for a minimum of 7 nights in high season and 2 nights in low season (excluding public holiday weekends – see tariff details).Arrivals take place between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm. In the event of arrival after 7:00 pm, the guest must inform reception in advance. The balance of the stay is payable 30 days before the arrival date. Failing payment, the booking may be cancelled without refund of the deposit. The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation, children included.The installation of any tent, additional bedding or similar equipment on the pitch or terrace of a rental accommodation is strictly prohibited. Deposits (Security Deposits) A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival to cover any potential damage.A second cleaning deposit, ranging from €70 to €150 depending on the size of the accommodation, is also required.All formalities, including payment of deposits, must be completed before the keys are handed over. An inventory is available in each accommodation. Any anomaly or damage must be reported to reception within 24 hours of arrival.Departures must take place before 10:00 am. An inspection is carried out and the deposits are returned after deduction, where applicable, of cleaning costs and/or the replacement value of missing or damaged items.For departures outside reception opening hours (prior notice required), deposits will be returned after inspection or sent back upon request against a stamped, self-addressed envelope. 8. CAMPING PITCHES Arrivals take place between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Any late arrival must be reported.The balance of the stay is payable upon arrival, as well as the deposit for Premium pitches. A pitch may accommodate 1 vehicle, 1 mobile unit (caravan, motorhome or van) or several tents, within a strict limit of 6 persons maximum, children included.Guests must ensure that all their equipment and vehicles fit entirely within the allocated pitch. Departures must take place before 12:00 noon, except for Premium pitches, where keys must be returned before 10:00 am (use of the pitch remains possible until 12:00 noon).Any departure after these times will automatically result in the billing of an additional night. 9. LATE ARRIVAL – MODIFICATION OF STAY In the event of late arrival or modification of the stay without prior written notice, the accommodation or pitch may be re-let from 2:00 pm on the day following the scheduled arrival date, without refund.Any postponed arrival or early departure shall not give rise to any refund. 10. INACCURATE DECLARATION In the event of an inaccurate declaration by the guest, the contract shall be terminated automatically and the sums paid shall remain the property of the campsite.Any modification to the booking must be declared upon arrival and may result either in an adjustment of the contract or its termination with forfeiture of the deposit. 11. CANCELLATION OF THE STAY Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter. – In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit shall be retained.– Less than 30 days before arrival, in the event of non-arrival, postponed arrival or interruption of the stay, the total amount of the stay remains due. A credit note for the amounts paid (excluding administration fees and cancellation insurance) may be granted in the event of cancellation or interruption due to a duly justified case of force majeure, including:illness unknown at the time of booking, death of a close relative, administrative or judicial summons, dismissal, transfer, obtaining a permanent employment contract after booking, bankruptcy of the guest’s company, accident or theft of the vehicle on the outward journey, or serious material damage to the guest’s property requiring their presence. In the event of interruption, the credit note shall be calculated pro rata temporis based on the portion of the stay actually consumed.The credit note is non-transferable, non-refundable, usable once only, during the current season or the following season, subject to availability.If the rescheduled stay costs less than the credit note, the balance is forfeited; if it costs more, the difference remains payable by the guest.The granting of a credit note is subject to the presentation of the supporting documents requested by the campsite. CANCELLATION INSURANCE Cancellation insurance is optional and represents 5% of the total stay amount.It covers reimbursement of the amounts paid (excluding administration fees and the cost of the insurance) for the events listed above.In the event of interruption of the stay due to one of these events, reimbursement is calculated pro rata temporis.All reimbursements are processed at the end of the current season. 12. PERSONAL DATA The data collected is used for the management of the stay and campsite communication.In accordance with the GDPR, guests have the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data upon simple request to camping@disdille.com. 13. IMAGE RIGHTS Unless otherwise objected to in writing, the guest authorizes Camping Saint-Disdille to use, on any medium, photographs taken of the guest and their children during the stay for promotional purposes. 14. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS Any booking constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, without the need for a handwritten or electronic signature. 15. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, accommodation services provided on a specific date are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal. 17. FORCE MAJEURE The campsite cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure preventing the execution of the stay.
